Warm friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. Dinner was outstanding, and my waitress was very helpful . Clean on inside to include bathroom. The manager, Mike, a Marine veteran, stopped by to ask how my meal was. I will be back.
Really nice local spot in Michigan. Unique experience of grilling food on a heated rock! But also plenty of variety if you don’t feel like grilling. Servers had excellent recommendations and service was fairly fast. Price was reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.
Our waitress Krystal was phenomenal. She was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask, and her positive energy made the whole meal even better. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond, and Krystal did exactly that.
Celebrated or son’s graduation for his Masters in Aerospace Engineering from University of Michigan. Tre was amazing! He explained how to use the stone and was a pleasure to talk to. A true asset to Black Rock! We will definitely go back for another great meal!
Went on a whim with my grandfather when he came to visit and it was phenomenal! Delicious food, excellent service, and a super unique experience for an American steakhouse. Krystal killed it as our server and even took the extra time to cook my grandpa’s filets because of his tremors. 10/10 will go again.

Our waitress was outstanding—she took the time to explain how things were done and highlighted the restaurant's specialties. The food was excellent, just as I had hoped. Always try to visit here when in town. Never fails to impress, great atmosphere and great food. The hot rocks are always fun and very pleasant on a cool evening! Our server Madelyn was excellent, couldn't have been more helpful. A must visit.

They have a wide variety of meats and cuts to choose from with a range of prices and a lot of tasty sides to choose from. Their house salad with ranch and their filet mignon and ribeye are all delicious.
